JTS, an integrated marketing services provider, has acquired AM Solutions, a Madison-area direct mail and printing specialist, and simultaneously relaunched its corporate brand (dropping "Direct") to reflect expanded capabilities. The deal keeps AM Solutions' Edgerton facility fully operational and brings high-speed inkjet, large-format printing, and intelligent inserting capabilities into JTS’s service offering to strengthen its direct mail, print, digital and data-driven marketing solutions.

Ricoh Acquires MTI Technology to Expand IT Services in EMEA

Ricoh (Ricoh Europe) has acquired MTI Technology, a UK-headquartered IT services provider with ~210–250 employees, to strengthen its IT managed services, cybersecurity and datacentre modernisation capabilities across EMEA. MTI Technology will continue to operate under its existing name as a separate Ricoh entity and its existing board and European management team will remain in place.

TFI International Acquires JHT Holdings

TFI International agreed to acquire JHT Holdings, an asset-light North American logistics and transportation provider that specializes in transporting Class 6-8 trucks from OEMs to dealers and end customers. JHT, based in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, operates a 25-terminal network (8 owned), generates more than US$500 million in annual revenue, and is expected to close in the third quarter subject to customary adjustments.

MRI Software Acquires AMTdirect

MRI Software, a global real estate software provider, acquired AMTdirect, a North Carolina-based provider of lease accounting, lease administration and facilities management solutions. The acquisition (sold by Luminate Capital Partners) expands MRI's occupier-sector capabilities and lets AMTdirect customers access MRI's broader suite of lease, space management and AI-powered lease abstraction tools.

Mittera Acquires Assets of Trend Offset Printing
