JTS Direct, a Hartland, Wisconsin-based full-service direct marketing printing and mailing company, acquired substantially all assets of MTI Connect's Milwaukee production facility and Phoenix sales office. The asset purchase will integrate MTI's Milwaukee production into JTS Direct's Hartland operations while keeping the Phoenix sales office uninterrupted; terms were not disclosed.

The deal creates a dual-production system that aligns TARAtps' large-scale capacity in Paju with Chicago Offset's U.S.-based manufacturing to shorten lead times and better serve North American publishers, corporate clients, and K-content partners.
