Kelley Connect Acquires J&H, Inc.

Kelley Connect, a Seattle-based office technology and IT services provider, has acquired Montana-based J&H, Inc., which operates offices in Bozeman, Billings, Missoula and Kalispell. The deal expands Kelley Connect's Montana footprint and adds J&H employees to its team, bringing Kelley Connect to 29 offices and 279 employees across five states. All J&H employees are part of the transition plan and Kelley Connect said it will hire additional staff to implement new offerings in the region.

Royal Media Acquires Connectivity Business

Royal Media, a specialized business information and media company, has acquired Connectivity Business and its associated assets, including the Connectivity Business Investment Forum. The acquisition expands Royal Media's coverage into the global connectivity infrastructure and services market, bringing an established trade brand (founded in London as SatelliteFinance/TelecomFinance) into Royal's portfolio.

Knack Global Acquires Delta Business Systems, Inc. dba MediSYS

Knack Global, a Florida-based revenue cycle management (RCM) provider, has acquired Delta Business Systems, Inc. dba MediSYS, a Birmingham-area medical billing and practice-management/EHR support provider. The deal is an add-on for Knack following its recapitalization by LKCM Headwater Investments and Weave Growth Partners and expands Knack's RCM footprint into the southern United States.

UPSTACK Acquires Stellar Connect

UPSTACK acquired Stellar Connect, an independent IT and telecom services provider based in Thousand Oaks, California; terms were not disclosed. Stellar Connect co-founders Nanette Kische and Mike Eaton will join UPSTACK as partners, and the deal is positioned to scale Stellar Connect's services and provide continuity for its small- and mid-market clients.

Accel-KKR Acquires Majority Stake in Surgical Information Systems; Norwest Retains Minority

Accel-KKR completed a majority equity investment in Surgical Information Systems (SIS) on October 15, 2020, in a recapitalization that sees Norwest Equity Partners retain a minority ownership stake and invest alongside Accel-KKR. The transaction will support SIS’s growth and accelerate adoption of its cloud-based EMR and perioperative SaaS offerings for ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals; financial terms were not disclosed.

Kerridge Commercial Systems Acquires RNH Solutions

Kerridge Commercial Systems Ltd (a PE-backed ERP provider) has acquired RNH Solutions, a long-standing Irish reseller and provider of Autopart and Merchant software. The acquisition brings RNH's Dublin-based team and ~500 combined Irish customers into the KCS group to expand KCS's presence and capabilities in the Republic of Ireland.
