Funds managed by CapVest Partners LLP have agreed to acquire Kerridge Commercial Systems Ltd (KCS), a UK-headquartered ERP and business management software provider for distributors, wholesalers and related trades, from Accel-KKR. KCS serves over 32,000 customers globally and employs more than 1,100 people; CapVest said it will pursue further growth and M&A to accelerate the company's cloud ERP strategy.
