Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS), the Accel‑KKR‑backed provider of ERP software for trade and distribution, has acquired Infomat to strengthen its presence in the Benelux region. Infomat — a Benelux ERP and business‑management software provider with about 46 IT professionals — will continue to support its existing solutions while gaining access to KCS's broader product portfolio and international scale.
