Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS) agreed to acquire MAM Software Group, Inc. in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $154.2 million, with MAM stockholders receiving $12.12 per share. The deal, announced September 3, 2019 and completed October 21, 2019, expands KCS's presence in the U.S. and broadens its ERP and aftermarket software capabilities for the automotive parts, tire and distribution industries.
