BJG Electronics Group Acquires Intro Corporation

BJG Electronics Group, a Rockwood portfolio company, has acquired Intro Corporation, a Melbourne, Florida-based supplier of electrical connectors and accessories to the commercial aviation, aerospace and telecommunications industries. The add-on acquisition expands BJG's mil-aero product offering and quick-turn MRO capabilities, creating additional cross-selling opportunities while allowing Intro to operate as a stand-alone business unit.

FDH Aero Acquires BJG Electronics Group

The deal adds BJG’s interconnect and electromechanical product distribution and value‑added manufacturing capabilities to FDH’s electronics offering, creating FDH Aero Electronic Products Group to expand supply‑chain solutions for aerospace, defense and space customers.

BJG Electronics Group, a Rockwood Equity Partners portfolio company based in Ronkonkoma, New York, has acquired Whitmor/Wirenetics, a Valencia, California-based supplier of high-performance wire, cable and tubing to the military, aerospace and satellite industries. The purchase expands BJG's mil-aero interconnect product offering and geographic reach; Rick Flora was named CEO of the BJG Electronics Group in conjunction with the transaction.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Connect Tech Inc.

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired 89.99% of Connect Tech Inc. for cash, with potential additional earn-out consideration. Connect Tech will continue operating from its 20,000-square-foot facility in Guelph, Ontario; founder David Worthen remains president and retains the minority stake, and the business (≈65 employees) will support HEICO's capabilities in rugged embedded computing for aerospace, defense, transportation and smart energy markets.

Kelley Connect Acquires J&H, Inc.

Kelley Connect, a Seattle-based office technology and IT services provider, has acquired Montana-based J&H, Inc., which operates offices in Bozeman, Billings, Missoula and Kalispell. The deal expands Kelley Connect's Montana footprint and adds J&H employees to its team, bringing Kelley Connect to 29 offices and 279 employees across five states. All J&H employees are part of the transition plan and Kelley Connect said it will hire additional staff to implement new offerings in the region.
