Ronkonkoma, New York-based BJG Electronics, a Rockwood portfolio company, has acquired Connector Tech LLC, a value-added distributor of high-reliability electronic interconnect products headquartered in Kalispell, Montana. The add-on expands BJG's value-added production capabilities and provides access to commercial and industrial end markets including aerospace, military, oil & gas, and other industrial customers; Connector Tech will continue operating from its Kalispell facility with its existing employees.

The add-on acquisition expands BJG's mil-aero product offering and quick-turn MRO capabilities, creating additional cross-selling opportunities while allowing Intro to operate as a stand-alone business unit.

Wireless Logic Acquires Webbing

Wireless Logic, a global IoT connectivity provider backed by Montagu, has acquired Webbing, a 2010-founded MVNO and eSIM specialist that provides global connectivity and eSIM management for enterprise mobility and IoT customers. The deal expands Wireless Logic’s eSIM and IoT provisioning capabilities and broadens its regional presence, particularly in the United States and Asia.

FDH Aero Acquires BJG Electronics Group

Weinberg Capital Group Acquires Gavitt Wire & Cable Co.

Weinberg says it will invest in Gavitt's growth and use the business as a platform, pursuing add-on acquisitions while retaining the existing management team.

Atlas Holdings Acquires International Wire Group Holdings

Atlas Holdings LLC has acquired International Wire Group Holdings, Inc. (IWG), a Camden, New York–headquartered manufacturer of engineered copper-based wire products. The deal brings IWG’s ~1,600+ employees and 17 manufacturing facilities into Atlas’ industrial manufacturing portfolio; Gregory J. Smith was named IWG President & CEO as part of the transition.
