The deal expands Rocscience's geotechnical product capabilities and brings NovoTech's CTO and web application team into Rocscience while NovoTech continues to operate under its name in the near term.

Elzweig, P.E., has announced that NOVA Geotechnical & Inspection Services, LLC has joined the UES family. The deal expands UES's footprint westward — adding NOVA's Las Vegas, Reno and Irvine capabilities to UES's national platform and strengthening its geotechnical, materials testing and inspection service offering.

RST / Measurand (Vance Street Capital) Acquires 3vGeomatics

RST / Measurand, a portfolio company of Vance Street Capital, has acquired 3vGeomatics to integrate the company's InSAR satellite-based displacement monitoring with RST / Measurand's ground instrumentation and cloud data systems. The deal expands the combined firm's global geotechnical monitoring capabilities and creates an end-to-end monitoring and analytics offering for industries such as mining, pipelines and infrastructure.

TerraNova Partners Acquires York Analytical Laboratories

JLL Partners, a New York-based middle market private equity firm, has announced an investment in Vascular Technology, Incorporated (VTI), a Nashua, New Hampshire-based medical device company that develops intraoperative Doppler systems and remote suction/irrigation solutions. As part of the transaction JLL partnered with entrepreneur Nilendu Srivastava and the VTI management team and appointed Greg Groenke as CEO and Lars Marcher as Executive Chairman to accelerate product development and market expansion.

Teledyne Technologies Acquires Valeport Holdings

Teledyne Technologies has entered into an agreement to acquire Valeport Holdings Limited, a Totnes, United Kingdom–based designer and manufacturer of underwater sensors and oceanographic instrumentation. Valeport's product portfolio—sound velocity probes, current and flow meters, CTD sensors and multi-parameter profilers—will join Teledyne Marine to expand Teledyne's subsea technology offerings; terms were not disclosed.
