CMD reported TTM revenue of $33.1 million and net income of $10.4 million as of October 31, 2024; 1847 plans to expand CMD's geographic reach (Arizona and Utah), launch a tract-home division and leverage synergies with its subsidiary Innovative Cabinets and Design.
