New Charter Technologies Acquires Computer Transition Services (CTSI)

New Charter Technologies, backed by Palo Alto-based private equity firm Oval Partners, has acquired Computer Transition Services Inc. (CTSI), a security-focused managed IT services provider headquartered in Lubbock, Texas. The acquisition (financial terms not disclosed) expands New Charter's footprint into West Texas and Eastern New Mexico while keeping CTSI’s existing leadership in place to continue operations.
