The deal adds DS Tech's managed IT, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, voice and cloud hosting capabilities to New Charter's MSP platform while keeping DS Tech's leadership and headquarters in place.

(CSI), taking the company private at $58.00 per share and causing its common stock to cease trading on the OTCQX. The deal positions CSI to accelerate investment in cloud, R&D, and expanded fintech/regtech product capabilities to better serve community banks, fintechs and corporate customers.
