TrialCard Incorporated, a Morrisville, North Carolina–based patient access and affordability provider, has acquired RxSolutions, a Raleigh-based firm that provides pharmaceutical reimbursement programs and the RxStudy Card for clinical trial supply management. The deal expands TrialCard's capabilities into the clinical trial space and diversifies its customer base across pharmaceutical manufacturers and clinical supply groups.

TrialCard (Mercalis) Acquires Canary Insights

The investment, made through ARCHIMED's MED III Fund, will support Cardioline's product and software development, international expansion and potential add-on M&A while founders retain a significant minority stake and remain in management.
