Benford Capital Partners and its portfolio company R.M. Young Company have acquired SensorLogic Inc., a Bozeman, Montana–based maker of radar-based environmental sensors including the SNOdar snow-depth sensor. The deal expands R.M. Young's product portfolio and distribution footprint in meteorological and environmental measurement solutions; SensorLogic founder Doug Roberts will remain with the business post-closing.

Brighton Partners Acquires Ray Allen Manufacturing from Benford Capital Partners

Brighton Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, has acquired Ray Allen Manufacturing, a leading manufacturer and direct marketer of professional K9 training products, from Benford Capital Partners. The transaction closed on May 24, 2024, with Ray Allen President JD Snowden remaining in place; Benford Capital noted it completed two add-on acquisitions and grew Ray Allen's e-commerce business during its ownership.
