AMETEK, Inc. acquired Alphasense, a UK-based designer and manufacturer of gas and particulate sensors for environmental, health & safety, and air quality applications. Alphasense, headquartered in Great Notley, Essex, reported approximately £25 million in annual sales and will join AMETEK’s Electronic Instruments Group to expand its presence in the environmental health and safety market.

Edgewater Capital Partners Acquires Naprotek

Peak Technologies (Sole Source Capital) Acquires Siena Analytics

Peak Technologies, a portfolio company of Sole Source Capital, has acquired Siena Analytics, a Franklin, Massachusetts-based provider of supply chain and logistics analytics and AI-driven machine vision software. The deal is an add-on acquisition that integrates Siena's proprietary logistics software into Peak's AIDC systems integration offerings to expand capabilities in visibility, automation and micro-fulfillment solutions; financial terms were not disclosed.
