KKR has agreed to acquire Teaching Strategies, the leading provider of early childhood curriculum, assessment and family engagement tools, from growth investor Summit Partners. Financial terms were not disclosed; KKR will make the investment through its Core Investments strategy to expand its education-technology portfolio and support Teaching Strategies' platform and growth.
