Effective October 15, 2021, independent brokerage Ensurise LLC acquired the property and casualty insurance brokerage business of Gerczak Insurance Agency, Inc. The deal expands Ensurise's presence in the Mid-Atlantic region and transfers P&C client relationships and staff to Ensurise while allowing Gerczak to focus on life and health advisory work.
