The acquisition expands RESA Power's transformer service capabilities in Canada by adding a state-of-the-art insulation fluid testing laboratory and supports the company's predictive and preventative maintenance offerings for high-voltage equipment.

Rexel Acquires Talley

Rexel has agreed to acquire Talley, a U.S. distributor of wireless infrastructure products and solutions, to strengthen its data communications and datacenter offering in North America. Talley, founded in 1983 and headquartered in Santa Fe Springs/Los Angeles, will contribute roughly $360m of 2024 revenue, operates 11 warehouses with 300+ employees, and the deal is expected to close in June subject to U.S. antitrust approval.
