Intertek Acquires Professional Testing Laboratory (PTL)

Intertek Group plc has acquired Professional Testing Laboratory, LLC (PTL), a Dalton, Georgia-based provider of flooring products testing services. The acquisition expands Intertek's Total Quality Assurance (TQA) capabilities and regional footprint in the Southeast United States, adding PTL's laboratory, 26 technical staff and complementary services to Intertek's North American testing platform.

Tech Data Acquires DLT Solutions

Tech Data completed its acquisition of DLT Solutions, a software and cloud solutions aggregator focused on the U.S. public sector, adding public-sector contract vehicles and expertise to Tech Data's channel offerings. The deal (reported purchase price ~$205 million) makes DLT a wholly owned subsidiary and expands Tech Data's capabilities across cloud, cybersecurity, analytics and IT infrastructure for government customers.

Northlane Capital Partners Invests in United States Drug Testing Laboratories

Northlane Capital Partners has acquired United States Drug Testing Laboratories (USDTL), a Des Plaines, Illinois-based forensic toxicology laboratory, in a transaction in which NCP invested alongside USDTL's management and founders Veronica and Doug Lewis. NCP will partner with management to expand USDTL's niche forensic testing capabilities and has appointed Albert Berger as CEO to lead the company's next phase of growth.

AB Dynamics Acquires Venshure Test Services

AB Dynamics plc has acquired Venshure Test Services, a Chelsea, Michigan-based vehicle testing services provider specializing in dynamometer and thermal testing for EVs, ICE vehicles, and advanced powertrains. Greenwich Capital Group acted as exclusive financial advisor to Venshure on the sale, which expands AB Dynamics’ lab and testing capabilities and strengthens its presence in the United States.

D&H United Acquires Valley Tank Testing

D&H United Fueling Solutions acquired Valley Tank Testing, a Houston-based provider of underground and above-ground storage tank testing, compliance, and inspection services. The acquisition expands D&H United’s environmental compliance services and will have Valley Tank Testing operate as a standalone division; D&H United is PE-backed by KLH Capital, which recapitalized the company in 2020.

AmSpec Group Acquires A-B Environmental Services (A-B Labs)

The acquisition adds microbiology, air, and metals testing services to AmSpec's testing, inspection and certification (TIC) network and strengthens service offerings to chemical, energy, and government clients.
