Spotless Brands, a portfolio company of Access Holdings, acquired Pete's Express Car Wash, adding six express-only sites in the Greater Philadelphia area that will operate under the Flagship Carwash brand. The transaction was financed via Spotless's expanded $450 million credit facility and supports the company's strategic expansion and densification across Philadelphia, New York and New Jersey.

Clean Streak Ventures Acquires Bay Breeze Car Wash (7 locations)

Clean Streak Ventures, an express car wash platform headquartered in Orlando, acquired seven Bay Breeze Car Wash and Lube sites in the Tampa Bay area. The deal expands Clean Streak's Florida platform to 17 locations across Tampa Bay, Orlando and Naples; the seller was former owner Keith Feltner and Clean Streak said it intends to retain employees and invest in the locations.

Alimentation Couche-Tard Acquires True Blue Car Wash LLC

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire all membership interests of True Blue Car Wash LLC, an operator of express tunnel car washes under the Clean Freak and Rainstorm brands. True Blue operates 65 locations across Arizona, Texas, Illinois and Indiana, with ~170,000 subscription members and strong proximity (85% within three miles) to Circle K locations, enabling cross-promotional opportunities.

Mammoth Holdings Acquires Shine On Carwash

The deal also gives ZIPS access to the Shadow Car Wash equipment line (formerly Jet Brite Systems) and increases ZIPS’ nationwide network to nearly 275 locations across its brands.
