Spotless Brands Acquires Bluebird Express Car Wash and Epic Shine Car Wash

Spotless Brands, a super-regional car wash operator and portfolio company of Access Holdings, acquired Bluebird Express Car Wash and Epic Shine Car Wash, adding 15 operating locations and expanding Spotless into Idaho and Oregon. The add-ons increase network density in the Intermountain region and Pacific Northwest and will be integrated into Spotless’ centralized operating model; financial terms were not disclosed.
