Autodesk Acquires Innovyze from EQT Private Equity for $1 Billion

Autodesk, Inc. has agreed to acquire Innovyze, a Portland-based provider of smart water infrastructure software, from EQT Private Equity (EQT Mid Market US fund) for an enterprise value of approximately $1.0 billion. The acquisition expands Autodesk's capabilities in water infrastructure modeling, asset management and operational analytics, advancing its digital twin strategy and end-to-end water infrastructure offering.
