Autodesk announced it is acquiring ProEst, a cloud-based construction estimating solution, and will integrate ProEst into Autodesk Construction Cloud to strengthen its preconstruction and cost estimation capabilities. The deal is expected to close in Autodesk’s fourth quarter of fiscal 2022 and is intended to expand Autodesk Construction Cloud’s preconstruction offerings and improve end-to-end cost visibility for construction teams.
