Spectrum Science has acquired The Seismic Collaborative and completed add-on acquisitions of SONIC Health and UK-based Aurora Healthcare Communications, expanding its health and life-science marketing and communications capabilities. Monroe Capital provided a senior credit facility to finance these add-ons and provide growth capital for Spectrum Science, enabling geographic and capability expansion across emerging innovation, digital health and European markets.

Spectrum Science has acquired UK-based Aurora Healthcare Communications (and select group agencies) to formalize a long-standing partnership and expand its Global Health Marketing & Communications (GHMC) network presence across Europe. Aurora will continue to operate under its brand with existing leadership in place; financing for the deal (and two other recent Spectrum acquisitions) was provided by Monroe Capital.

Spectrum Science Acquires CrowdPharm and Hot Iron Health

Spectrum Science has acquired healthcare advertising agency CrowdPharm and partner consultancy Hot Iron Health to establish a new advertising and consulting pillar and expand its promotional engagement capabilities. The deal — Spectrum's first since completing a strategic partnership with PE firm Knox Lane — brings CrowdPharm's global talent network and HIH's strategic advisory capabilities into Spectrum's integrated healthcare marketing platform; financial terms were not disclosed.

Spectrum Science Acquires Continuum Clinical

Continuum will merge into Spectrum’s CTR strategic pillar—bringing its MERIS technology, a large client roster, and leadership under Neil Weisman—creating a combined team of more than 130 clinical solutions specialists; financial terms were not disclosed.

SCI Solutions Acquires Tonic Health
