Alsco Uniforms Acquires Churchill Linen

Alsco Uniforms, a fifth-generation family-owned uniform and linen laundry services company headquartered in Salt Lake City, has acquired Churchill Linen, adding Churchill’s Brockton (MA), Stratford (CT) and Hyannis (MA) mixed-processing facilities. The deal expands Alsco’s presence into the New England market and will rebrand the acquired locations as Alsco facilities to serve industrial, healthcare and hospitality customers in the region.

Alsco Uniforms Acquires Topper Linen and Uniform Service

Alsco Uniforms, a family-owned uniform and linen rental company based in Salt Lake City, has acquired Topper Linen and Uniform Service, a Toronto-based textile rental and commercial laundry operator. The acquisition adds Topper's 54,000-square-foot Toronto facility, a fleet of route vehicles and more than 90 employees, expanding Alsco's footprint and service capacity in the Greater Toronto Area.

The deal adds four American Uniform retail locations (Fayetteville, Wilmington, Alexandria, Philadelphia) and Howard Uniform's Baltimore location to GALLS' national distribution network.
