PepsiCo has completed the acquisition of Garza Food Ventures LLC (dba Siete Foods) for $1.2 billion. The deal brings the Austin-based, Mexican‑American better‑for‑you food brand (available in over 40,000 retailers) into PepsiCo’s portfolio to expand its offerings in healthier and ethnic snack and meal categories.
