Kraken Robotics Announces Acquisition of Covelya Group for $615 Million

Kraken Robotics Inc. has entered into an agreement to acquire Covelya Group Limited for total consideration of $615 million, consisting of $480 million in cash and $135 million in Kraken shares. The deal is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
