Kundinger, a fluid power and process control distributor, has acquired Control Concepts Technology Enterprises (CCT), a Schofield, Wisconsin-based designer and builder of control systems. Terms were not disclosed; the deal includes a Schofield-based Parker Store and expands Kundinger's presence and service capabilities across Wisconsin.
