Leadec Acquires Castrol Industrie und Service GmbH

Leadec, a portfolio company of Triton Fund IV, has acquired Castrol Industrie und Service GmbH (effective April 1, 2022) to expand its fluid management and on-site service offerings. Castrol Industrie und Service, headquartered in Mönchengladbach with about 80 employees and operations at 35 sites across Germany, provides chemical and fluid management services to automotive, mechanical engineering and other manufacturing customers.

Diversified Automation, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, is an industrial automation systems integrator with ~140 experts and roughly $100 million in annual revenue that serves major parcel and e-commerce customers such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon.

FISS Automatika, founded in 2010 with around 90 employees, provides electrical installation, instrumentation and control, special-purpose machine construction, and control cabinet fabrication for customers in automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical and petroleum industries.
