Leadec, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, acquired Diversified Automation effective December 31, 2020 to expand its parcel automation capabilities and strengthen its North American operations. Diversified Automation, headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, is an industrial automation systems integrator with ~140 experts and roughly $100 million in annual revenue that serves major parcel and e-commerce customers such as UPS, FedEx and Amazon.

Legrand Acquires Encelium

Legrand has acquired Encelium, an Ontario, Canada–based manufacturer of advanced commercial lighting controls, effective December 6, 2022. Encelium will join Legrand’s Building Control Systems division to expand Legrand’s commercial lighting control portfolio and accelerate product and solution offerings for commercial buildings and facilities managers.

Leadec Acquires FISS Automatika Kft.

Leadec, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has acquired Debrecen-based FISS Automatika Kft., expanding Leadec's footprint in eastern Hungary and strengthening its electrical engineering and automation capabilities. FISS Automatika, founded in 2010 with around 90 employees, provides electrical installation, instrumentation and control, special-purpose machine construction, and control cabinet fabrication for customers in automotive, chemical, pharmaceutical and petroleum industries.

Leadec Acquires Servycat's Spanish Service Businesses

Leadec, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, acquired Manteniments Industrials Servycat 2017, S.L.U. and Electro Servycat, S.L. (Servycat) effective January 2, 2025. The acquisitions expand Leadec's technical maintenance, mechanical/electrical installation and metalworking capabilities in Catalonia and strengthen its presence in the food & beverage and broader industrial end markets; Servycat has about 330 employees and is based in Vic, Catalonia, Spain.

PCE Automation Acquires Olmec-UK

PCE Automation Ltd has acquired Olmec-UK, a north Lincolnshire-based vision inspection and web conversion provider. The deal, finalised in November 2024 after an 18-month process, expands PCE's life-science automation capabilities and is expected to boost sales orders by around 25%.

Precis provides industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, logistics and industrial cleaning services and will be integrated into Leadec's Install, Maintain and Support service clusters.
