Legrand has acquired Encelium, an Ontario, Canada–based manufacturer of advanced commercial lighting controls, effective December 6, 2022. Encelium will join Legrand’s Building Control Systems division to expand Legrand’s commercial lighting control portfolio and accelerate product and solution offerings for commercial buildings and facilities managers.
