Signify Acquires Intelligent Lighting Controls

Signify (Euronext: LIGHT) has acquired Intelligent Lighting Controls, Inc. (ILC), a U.S. manufacturer of wired lighting control systems, to expand its connected lighting and energy-saving solutions portfolio. ILC will remain headquartered and continue manufacturing in Edina, Minnesota, and its products will be sold under Cooper Lighting Solutions within Signify's Digital Solutions division.
