Legrand Acquires Power Bus Way

Legrand has acquired Power Bus Way, a Toronto-based specialist in custom cable bus power busbars serving data centers, industrial facilities and large commercial projects. Power Bus Way employs more than 120 people and generates around €70 million in annual revenue; the business will join Legrand's Electrical Wiring Systems division to broaden its cable bus offering and strengthen its North American data center power capabilities. Terms were not disclosed.

Legrand Acquires Kratos Industries to Expand Data Center Power Portfolio

Legrand has acquired Kratos Industries, a Colorado-based manufacturer of low-voltage switchboards, medium-voltage switchgear and integrated power systems, to strengthen its critical power offerings for the data center market. In parallel, Legrand participated in Accelsius' Series B to deepen capabilities in two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling for high-density AI data centers.

Slate created Slate Mobility to finance and own EV charging equipment and will leverage its German property portfolio to scale amperio’s deployment and operations across public and commercial sites.

Legrand Acquires ZPE Systems

Legrand has completed the acquisition of ZPE Systems, Inc., a Fremont, California-based provider of secure management infrastructure for data center, branch, and edge environments (serial console servers, sensors, service routers and a software-defined management platform). ZPE Systems will join Legrand's Data, Power and Control (DPC) Division as a business unit to broaden Legrand's data center and edge management capabilities and address growing demand driven by AI and edge computing.

CRS employs nearly 80 people and generates around €30 million in annual revenue; the acquisition strengthens Legrand's presence in Oceania and expands its datacenter infrastructure capabilities.
