Legrand has acquired Power Bus Way, a Toronto-based specialist in custom cable bus power busbars serving data centers, industrial facilities and large commercial projects. Power Bus Way employs more than 120 people and generates around €70 million in annual revenue; the business will join Legrand's Electrical Wiring Systems division to broaden its cable bus offering and strengthen its North American data center power capabilities. Terms were not disclosed.

Terms were not disclosed; the deals add roughly €24 million+ of annual revenue and continue Legrand's strategy to expand in fast‑growing data center and energy transition segments.

Legrand Acquires ZPE Systems

Legrand has completed the acquisition of ZPE Systems, Inc., a Fremont, California-based provider of secure management infrastructure for data center, branch, and edge environments (serial console servers, sensors, service routers and a software-defined management platform). ZPE Systems will join Legrand's Data, Power and Control (DPC) Division as a business unit to broaden Legrand's data center and edge management capabilities and address growing demand driven by AI and edge computing.

Leviton Acquires PRISM Data Centre Solutions

The deal adds PRISM's design, manufacture and installation capabilities for 19" cabinets, containment and security caging to Leviton's Network Solutions portfolio, strengthening its offering for enterprise and data centre customers across EMEA and beyond.

Advent International Acquires Majority Stake in LayerZero Power Systems

Advent International has signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority shareholding in LayerZero Power Systems, a U.S. manufacturer of static transfer switches, PDUs, and other mission-critical power infrastructure for data centers. The founders will remain minority equity holders, Annette Clayton will serve as Chair, and Advent plans to scale manufacturing capacity, expand the customer base, and grow service capabilities; the transaction is expected to close in Q3 2025.
