Leadec, a Triton Fund IV portfolio company, has acquired Elmleigh Electrical Systems Limited, a UK-based process automation specialist and systems integrator, effective September 30, 2022. The deal expands Leadec’s automation and systems-integration capabilities in Europe, strengthening its presence in the food & beverage and parcel distribution end markets.

Lynx Equity Acquires Obel-P Automation A/S

Toronto-based private equity firm Lynx Equity Limited has acquired Obel-P Automation A/S, a Herning, Denmark-based manufacturer of automation equipment for the wood industry. Obel-P (founded 1954, ~30 employees) will remain led by its existing management team and joins Lynx's Danish portfolio as Lynx pursues further European acquisition opportunities.

Acrelec Acquires Odema Ltd

SCIO Automation Acquires CEC Controls Company, Inc.

Accenture Acquires Eclipse Automation
