Pritzker Private Capital Acquires Highline Aftermarket and Warren Distribution

Pritzker Private Capital (PPC) has completed acquisitions of Highline Aftermarket Holdings and Warren Distribution, combining a national distributor and a private-label lubricant manufacturer into a leading automotive aftermarket supplier. The combined business will operate 27 facilities across North America, offer over 22,000 SKUs, and be led by Highline CEO Darcy Curran with Warren founder Bob Schlott serving as a board advisor.

Highline Warren Acquires BlueDevil Products

MacNeill Pride Group Acquires Rightline Gear

The acquisition is an add-on to MPG's outdoor platform and will expand its camping and automotive product offerings; Rightline's founder and CEO Loran Evans will remain with the company.

Dexter Axle Company (DexKo) Acquires Redneck Inc. and Redline Products, LLC

Dexter Axle Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DexKo Global Inc., has acquired 100% of the equity interests in Redneck Inc. and Redline Products, LLC, both headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. The acquisition expands Dexter/DexKo's geographic footprint and distribution capabilities across North America by adding Redneck's ~20 locations and nearly 400 employees and broad parts inventory to its trailer component platform.
