IDI Acquires Majority Stake in IE group (Intersoft Electronics)

IDI has acquired a majority stake in Belgium-based IE group (Intersoft Electronics, Intersoft Services and Advionics) in a secondary LBO alongside the company's management team. The deal — in which Waterland Private Equity sold its position — positions IE to pursue international growth and targeted acquisitions; the group generates more than €60 million in revenue and employs nearly 400 people.

Bain Capital Acquires Controlling Stake in Eleda from Altor
