Envoy Solutions, a Glenview, Illinois–based specialized distributor, has acquired York, South Carolina–based Sunbelt Packaging. The add-on strengthens Envoy's packaging footprint in the Southeast, bringing Sunbelt's flexible packaging inventory, automated equipment offerings and four distribution centers into Envoy's national platform; former majority owner SouthPointe Ventures was the selling party.

360Pack Acquires Team Packaging from Colorado

360Pack, a Shore Capital Partners–backed packaging distribution platform, has acquired Team Packaging Inc., a custom packaging solutions provider based in Aurora, Colorado. The transaction is 360Pack's third add-on and expands the platform's footprint and capabilities across the Western United States, strengthening service offerings for food production, meat processors, and retail grocery customers.

Southeastern Printing, a Florida-based provider of integrated print, fulfillment, and promotional solutions, has acquired Sunbelt (including Sunbelt Graphics and Sunbelt Dimensional) to add dimensional print, structural design, and specialty packaging capabilities. The move expands Southeastern's end-to-end offering for brand campaigns, kitting, fulfillment and digital storefront services across retail, healthcare and other enterprise customers.

Planet Fitness Acquires Sunshine Fitness (114 Clubs)

Planet Fitness, Inc. agreed to acquire Sunshine Fitness Growth Holdings, LLC — a Planet Fitness franchisee operating 114 clubs in the Southeast U.S. — in a cash-and-stock transaction valued at $800 million, funded in part by a new securitization and available cash. The locations (in AL, FL, GA, NC and SC) were folded into Planet Fitness' company-owned portfolio, and Sunshine co-founder Shane McGuiness joined Planet Fitness to oversee the combined corporate club operations; the deal closed in February 2022.

Enphase Energy Acquires SolarLeadFactory LLC

Enphase Energy has acquired SolarLeadFactory LLC, a lead-generation and marketing platform for residential solar installers, to add high-quality customer acquisition capabilities to its installer digital platform. The acquisition is intended to increase lead volumes and conversion rates and lower customer acquisition costs for Enphase’s installer network.

FirmaPak Acquires Lighthouse Packaging

FirmaPak, a PE-backed blow-molded packaging platform, has acquired Lighthouse Packaging, a Corona, California-based blow molder and decorator. The deal expands FirmaPak’s West Coast manufacturing footprint and adds in-house screen printing/decoration capabilities while retaining Lighthouse’s employees and leadership.
