The platform powers 50+ digital brands across 2,000+ storefronts from 10+ kitchens in the Greater Los Angeles area; Broadside said it will expand the platform globally and further develop it into an AI-based digital hospitality ecosystem.

Financial terms were not disclosed; the transaction is expected to close in H2 2024.
