Palladium Equity Partners Acquires ALC Schools and Red Rock Technology

An affiliate of Palladium Equity Partners has acquired ALC Schools, LLC and Red Rock Technology, LLC from affiliates of American Logistics, LLC. ALC is a mission-driven provider of alternative student transportation and Red Rock provides the proprietary routing and trip-management technology; Palladium said it will support geographic expansion, new solutions development and continued service to vulnerable student populations.

Shoreline Equity Partners partnered with and made an equity investment in American Landscaping Partners (ALP) in August 2023, providing capital and senior financing (Apogem Capital and NXT Capital) to support ALP's growth while management retained an ownership stake. Since the partnership, ALP (headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee) has completed seven add-on acquisitions—Landscape Detail; Ultralawn; Ready Field Solutions; Maxalea; Swift Lawn & Land; Precision Landscape Management; and Appalachia Landscaping—expanding its footprint across Tennessee, Ohio, Georgia, Maryland, Alabama, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
