Reynolds and Reynolds, a provider of automotive dealership software and services, has acquired GoMoto, a kiosk and self-service check-in technology provider for dealership service lanes. The acquisition expands Reynolds’ service-lane retailing capabilities by adding GoMoto’s kiosk hardware and software to Reynolds’ existing dealership technology suite; terms were not disclosed.

Vehlo Acquires Rapid Recon and Velocity Automotive

Vehlo, a provider of software and financial solutions for the automotive repair industry, has acquired Rapid Recon and Velocity Automotive to extend its Dealership Fixed Ops customer experience suite into reconditioning-to-retail workflows. The acquisitions add Rapid Recon's reconditioning workflow automation and Velocity Automotive's digital merchandising tools, enabling Vehlo to provide end-to-end fixed ops solutions for dealers.

Bending Spoons Acquires komoot

Italy-based app operator Bending Spoons has completed the acquisition of komoot, the Berlin-based route-planning and outdoor navigation platform. The deal brings komoot’s community of about 45 million users under Bending Spoons’ ownership as the buyer aims to scale the product using its platform and product-growth capabilities.

BlueCart Acquires Revolution Ordering

(d/b/a Revolution Ordering) to integrate Revolution’s omnichannel off‑premise ordering products into BlueCart’s platform. The deal combines Revolution’s Order One, Ground Control, Connect and Google Food Ordering integration with BlueCart’s B2B eCommerce and inventory capabilities to expand features for restaurant, hospitality and wholesale customers and accelerate growth into middle and enterprise markets.

LightBox Acquires Revere

On January 16, 2025, LightBox acquired Revere to strengthen its commercial real estate (CRE) capital markets offerings by integrating Revere’s networking and deal-execution platform with LightBox’s Real Capital Markets (RCM) product. The combined capabilities will be used to build an enhanced solution (LightBox Live) to better connect brokers, investors, lenders and other CRE market participants; customers of both platforms will continue to receive existing service and support.

The acquisition will integrate MUNIRevs' tax collection, licensing and short‑term rental tools into the GovOS digital transformation platform to expand capabilities and revenue collection for state and local jurisdictions; 7 Mile Advisors advised the buyer.
