Vision Innovation Partners, a Mid-Atlantic ophthalmic platform backed by Centre Partners, has acquired Eyes of York, an ophthalmology practice and affiliated ambulatory surgery center in York, Pennsylvania. The transaction expands Vision Innovation Partners' footprint in southern Pennsylvania and adds clinical and surgical capacity to its growing network of practices and surgery centers.

Aki Technologies Acquires Eyeview's Ad Personalization Technology

Aki plans to relaunch the code in the cloud, add Eyeview team members (has hired ~15 so far, targeting ~20), and use the technology to expand its targeting capabilities beyond mobile into desktop and connected TV; financial terms were not disclosed.
