IRISNDT Acquires Altura Wind Services

IRISNDT has acquired Altura Wind Services LLC and will operate Altura as a division within IRISNDT, relocating Altura's operations to IRISNDT's U.S. corporate offices in Houston, Texas. Altura's co-owners Joshua and Samuel Hallam will assume Operations Manager roles; the deal expands IRISNDT's capabilities in wind-turbine inspection, blade repair, and other renewable services. IRISNDT is employee-owned and backed by private equity firm First Reserve.

EthosEnergy Acquires Turbine Services, Ltd.

(TSL), a Saratoga Springs, New York-based manufacturer and supplier of aftermarket parts for heavy-duty gas and steam turbines. The deal augments EthosEnergy’s gas turbine product offering and secures continuity for TSL’s employees and customers.

Pearce Renewables Acquires MFG Energy Services

Pearce Renewables, a division of Pearce Services, has acquired MFG Energy Services, a division of Molded Fiber Glass Companies, to expand its composite blade repair, engineering, maintenance, and inspection services for wind turbines. The acquisition (terms undisclosed) strengthens Pearce Renewables' position in the renewable energy services market and is an add-on to Pearce's growing renewables platform backed by New Mountain Capital.

Certek Acquires GEV Wind Power

Certek, a sector-focused investment vehicle led by David Harrison and supported by Macquarie Group, has acquired GEV Wind Power from Bridges Fund Management. GEV, headquartered in Hessle, East Riding of Yorkshire, is a global specialist in wind turbine rotor blade repair and O&M and will be supported by Certek and GEV management to expand capacity and pursue supply‑chain consolidation; terms were not disclosed.

Siemens AG Acquires Iberdrola's 8.1% Stake in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy

Siemens AG will acquire Iberdrola S.A.'s 8.1% stake in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) for €20.00 per share, a total of approximately €1.1 billion. The deal settles legal disputes between the parties, and Siemens will contribute SGRE shares to the upcoming Siemens Energy spin-off—resulting in Siemens Energy holding roughly 67% of SGRE voting rights—and expects additional savings and synergies from the transaction.
