Oakley Capital Sells ACE Education as Origin Fund, Groupe Amaury and Founder Reinvest

Oakley Capital Private Equity III has agreed to sell its stake in ACE Education (formerly AMOS), generating a c.2.1x gross return to Fund III. Oakley Capital Origin Fund will reinvest c.€40 million alongside French media group Groupe Amaury and ACE founder Patrick Touati to support continued campus expansion, enrolment growth and to leverage Amaury’s commercial capabilities in the sports sector.
