UPSTACK Acquires Universal Telecommunications and Universal Solutions Providers

UPSTACK acquired Universal Telecommunications Inc. and sister company Universal Solutions Providers LLC (together, "Universal, the Communications Company") to expand its internet infrastructure advisory and managed services capabilities.
