Skeena Resources Acquires QuestEx Gold & Copper; Sells Select QuestEx Properties to Newmont

Skeena Resources Limited agreed to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of QuestEx Gold & Copper Ltd. for approximately C$48.6 million in combined cash and Skeena shares. Concurrently, Skeena will sell certain QuestEx properties (Heart Peaks, Castle, Moat, Coyote and North ROK) to Newmont Corporation for ~C$27 million; the transactions expand Skeena’s land position in British Columbia’s Golden Triangle and are subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
