TIMETOACT GROUP, a Cologne-based IT services group backed by Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired PKS Software GmbH, a Ravensburg-based software transformation specialist. The acquisition is an add-on to TIMETOACT's buy-and-build strategy to expand its legacy modernization, maintenance and transformation capabilities; PKS's management will remain in place and one director is reinvesting in TIMETOACT.
