TIMETOACT GROUP, a Cologne-based provider of IT services backed by Equistone Partners Europe, has acquired catworkx, an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner with offices in Hamburg, Vienna and Winterthur. The deal (terms undisclosed) consolidates TIMETOACT's Atlassian capabilities under the catworkx brand to create a leading Atlassian partner across the DACH region; catworkx's founders are stepping down while its directors will remain in leadership and take a stake in TIMETOACT GROUP.
