Greybull Stewardship, a U.S.-based private investment firm, has acquired RTCM Holdings, a family of reclaimed textile recycling and distribution businesses that includes Reclaimed Industrial Cleaning Clothes, Recycled Shoes & Clothing and World Wear Project. Greybull named Craig McAndrews CEO of RTCM and plans to scale the business by entering new markets and investing in automation and sales/ procurement capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Ironwood Capital, an existing investor, participated in the transaction/recapitalization. The deal will support Star Waste’s growth in the Greater Boston market and expand its waste collection and materials-recovery capabilities.
