The deal will allow GFS to accelerate development of its Enterprise Carrier Management (ECM) platform and leverage Yusen/ILG's fulfilment and global logistics capabilities to provide expanded end-to-end B2B and B2C supply chain support.

Seacoast Capital Invests $20M in Lone Star Overnight

LSO is a regional parcel delivery provider headquartered in Austin, Texas with a multi-state network of operating locations serving both B2B and B2C customers.

(NYSE MKT: RLGT) has acquired Phoenix-based On Time Express, Inc., a privately held provider of dedicated line-haul and time-critical domestic and international logistics solutions. The deal has an aggregate base purchase price of $20.0 million with additional performance-based earnouts; On Time Express will operate as a subsidiary of Radiant Transportation Services and provide capacity to Radiant's 90+ location network.

AIT Worldwide Logistics has acquired Global Transport Solutions Group (GTS), a Netherlands-headquartered specialist in time-critical marine spare parts logistics. The deal brings GTS’ more than 600 teammates across 16 locations and nine consolidation hubs into AIT’s global network, adding marine spare-parts capabilities, warehouse capacity and new geographic presence in Greece, Japan and the Nordics; terms were not disclosed.

American Fast Freight Acquires Global Transportation Services

GTS will operate as a subsidiary of AFF with Jason Totah remaining as President and reinvesting in AFF; the deal expands AFF’s geographic footprint and creates a broader global logistics platform.
