Hummock Industries Acquires National Bronze Manufacturing

Hummock Industries (Reading, Pennsylvania) has acquired Roseville, Michigan-based National Bronze Manufacturing, a producer and distributor of precision machined bronze bearings, bushings, wear plates and copper alloy bar and tube. Hummock said the purchase complements its subsidiary Heyco Metals, diversifies revenue streams and provides a platform to grow downstream into value-added engineered products.

Nelson Miller Group Acquires New England Keyboard, Inc.

The deal is an add-on to the Nelson Miller platform intended to expand HMI engineering, manufacturing and end-market coverage in high-reliability sectors such as defense, medical and semiconductors.
